Andover State Bank’s Fifth Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest

If you’ve banked with us for a while (and most of you have), you know how we feel about Halloween. The interior of our main bank has been decorated all month long. We love to get a little spooky and have a lot of fun. On October 31, of course, you’ll find us all gussied up in our All Hallow’s costume for the day and night. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!

We’re also excited to kick off our Fifth Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest!

For the past four years, we’ve invited all second grade classes from the Andover School District to enter a decorated pumpkin to celebrate Halloween. This year, we have 10 second grade classes competing. The winners receive a free pizza party on us! (We had so much fun at last year’s party!)

You can vote one of two ways: starting today, Friday, October 28, we will publish a photo of each class’s entry in an album on our Facebook Page. A “like” for each photo counts as one vote. You can also stop by the Main Bank to vote by ballot in person! Ballot voting opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, until noon; and again, on Monday, October 31, at 9 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. sharp! The entry with the most votes wins.

Grow your favorite entry’s Facebook “likes” by sharing the album with your friends and asking them to “like” your photo.

Remember, the Andover Chamber of Commerce’s Safe Halloween takes place on Monday, October 31, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Our community comes together to offer a fun, safe environment. For more information, visit the Chamber’s website.

Good luck!
