ASB lobbies are back open to the public. For those who prefer lobby transactions, we’ll be doing our part to help you feel safe by encouraging social distancing and taking precautions against the spread of COVID-19.

Nov. 20, 2020

Beginning Monday, Nov. 23, our Andover branch lobby will be closed except by appointment. Drive-thru hours will stay the same.

Sept. 14, 2020

Starting Oct. 5, our Andover drive-thru will open at 8 a.m. instead of 7:30 a.m. every Monday through Friday.

Beginning July 1, our Andover branch lobby will be closed Saturdays except by appointment. Drive-thru hours will stay the same.

Andover State Bank lobbies have reopened to the public. As we welcome you back, we’d like to share some important changes to our lobby operations.

We want you to feel safe anytime you experience our brand of Real. Personal. Service. By working together, we can all get back to business while keeping our community in good health. Here’s what to expect during your next visit.

• Each lobby will be limited to 10 guests at a time. If the lobby reaches maximum capacity, we will ask additional guests to wait in their vehicles.
• When entering the bank, please remove your mask until you can be properly identified for security purposes. If this makes you uncomfortable, we recommend using our drive-thru service.
• We ask that you stand on the social distancing markers while waiting to be served.
• Portable sneeze guards will be placed at two stations in each branch.
• Employees will be required to check their temperatures and use hand sanitizers every morning before work.
• Employees will also be encouraged to practice frequent hand-washing and wear masks during appointments with customers.
