From the Wichita Business Journal: New leadership for Andover bank

September 16th, 2017

From the Wichita Business Journal, published September 15, 2017:

Andover State Bank is implementing changes to transition the organization to its next generation of leadership.

The bank announced Friday Brian Chamberlin has been promoted to CEO. He has served as president for the past seven years and was brought on as part of a leadership succession plan.

Chamberlin will continue to work closely with bank chairman Kirk McConachie and the organization’s board of directors.

The leadership transition also incorporates the next generation of bank leadership within the McConachie family.

Jeff Grace, the son-in-law of Kirk McConachie and former Wichita president of IMA Inc., has been named vice chairman of Andover State Bank. He has served on the organization’s board of directors for 10 years.

His wife, Allison McConachie Grace, will remain the bank’s chief financial officer. She has been in that role since 2005 and has been a member of the organization’s board for 20 years.

The more than century-old Andover State Bank operates branches at 511 N. Andover Road and 1718 North Webb Road.
